Please note: If you would like to join any of the above Ride-Outs, then please let us know no less than one hour before the start of the Ride-Out by leaving a message on the following number: 07554 039 795. More information on this can be found here.

Sunday Ride-Outs start at 10 a.m. unless previously arranged with myself and in sufficient time to notify Club members. Tuesday evening Ride-Outs start at 7 p.m.

ALL PMC Ride-Outs start from the car park behind the Poynton Workmens’ Club, but you can arrange with the Ride-Out Leader to meet up en-route if it is more convenient.

This post is locked, so If you'd like to add another Ride-Out to this list please contact me by emailing rideoutcoordinator@poyntonmotorcycleclub.co.uk (click the link and it will open your email package or copy and paste it into the address bar), or post a message on the Ride-Outs section of the forum, and I'll update the page.

 Club Ride-Out Rules

Although club rules have already been posted on this website, I'd like to remind everyone of the following:

1. The speed limits for our rideouts are as for the roads we're using and adherence to these limits is at your discretion.

2. If you're going to overtake the Ride-Out Leader, or wish to make up your own route, please let the Leader know before-hand. That way, we don't end up waiting for you at a rendezvous point. This goes for making  your own way home at the end of the Ride-Out rather than meeting back at the car park behind the Workies. We have no idea if you've just gone home, or if you've got bike trouble.

3. If you've got a bike with a short range tank, let the Leader know. This assumes of course that you filled it up before arriving…

4. Filtering is practiced on our Ride-Outs.

5. Try not to ride beyond your abilities to keep up with the Leader. Traffic lights make it inevitable that some people will become separated. The Leader will notify everyone of rendezvous points before hand, giving you a chance to catch up.

6. Finally, remember everyone's there to have some fun. All you need to bring, is two wheels, a bit of spending money, and a sense of humour. Smile

Rob D.
