It was mentioned at last nights brilliant meeting that help would be appreciated for this event, I would be interested in helping in any capacity when available and many others too, please just ask. Please let us know when you want help, what for and how to arrange (eg, putting up gazebos etc.

Thanks Steve

We should  be ok for setting up and tackling down, but we will need people to help on the day by staying at the stand and talking to the public (but all day!) and helping on the barbeque.

If anyone else is going please post here so we know rough numbers or text me.

Thanks

Sarah

I'm assuming its on Saturday 28th.  I should be there all day, I will give the Serow it's yearly outing.  I should be able to help on Friday if you need me, I can bring the Range Rover if you need carring space, just let me know.  I know you have my mobile number. Sorry I missed the last meeting I have been away a lot recently diving.

Members will have up to date details texted to them before the show.

However here is a quick outline:

If you are going to the show with your bike: turn up at the Workies car park for 9am on the day. We leave the car park to ride to the show en-masse at around 9.15. Once at the show we will arrange all the bikes into a display infront of our pitch. If you need to leave early let the person who is organising the bikes know so they can put you near the front (last year it was Phil Harold that placed the bikes in order).

You can leave the show (with your bike) on the hour - however, you have to be escorted out by someone with a Hi viz  on (which means riding slowly) - usually a club member. (Health and safety stuff I am afraid)

If you are attending the show as a PMC member (this means you get in for free if you turned up at 9am) we may ask you to help out on the day - either by taking a stint on the barbecue, talking to members of the public or just ensuring the displays do not blow over in high winds.

Myself and my dad will be there, I'll be on a VFR and depending on the weather he'll bring either a BSA or the Tiger if it's crappy.

We don't mind buttering the baps again this year.

Gary.

Hey what a turn out, lots of regular faces and plenty of new ones too. No worries with the weather even the crowds were not bothered.

Must say a “Big Thanks” to all those who did the setting up 1st Class.

A ”Bigger Thanks” to the “Chefettes” Great Job and Well Done kept me well fed.

“Ring Mistress” again another Good Performance from the saddle of the Trike. I think you have a friend there from what I saw of the commentator hard wiring you up to the hands free mike! Hands Free Yeah right !!
