Couple of questions for Ben.

A). Do you have a hard back and possibly signed version of your article?

B). Is it available on Blu Ray?

C). Would I be correct in thinking that eating battery acid is not a good idea?

D). Is the Acid similar to the type enjoyed by some of my friends in the early 80's? ( Obv not myself), or am I thinking of Magic Fungi or something?

E). In 25 years of having bikes I have never used a trickle charger. (Never had any probs with any of my bikes battery wise apart from one that died after 10 years of use), do I need to start using one now?

Thank You

Battery conditioners?

I’m quite positive about them.

On the plus side they do what they say they will - my bikes have alarms, which drain the battery over time when they (the bikes) are not used.

On the negative side they are just another jumble of wires and cables to trip over or forget they are plugged in when moving the bike (nope, never done that, honest).

However I must say I am charged up about the whole article – seems comparatively few pence will buy a conditioner that does the job. Means my sleek, silver, anniversary, special edition, comes in it’s own extra large embossed tin Optimate was a waste of quids -  (and so was the other one!).

I really enjoyed the piece by Ben - having spent days learning the article by heart I am able to recite it almost word for word - I find it excellent for casual pub chats or when conversation amongst friends runs dry.

A) I will be available for book signings at the next meeting.

This is a big thing for me, it's my first publication. Every single other article I've written has been rejected by mainstream publishers (for some reason).

B) I'm in negotiation at the moment for the movie rights - stay tuned.

C) Dunno. Try it and write an article.

D) Before my time I'm afraid.

E) You've not read my article have you! Many of the more expensive bike chargers switch over to a trickle charge when the battery if full (Datatool, Oxford etc). I therefore imagine you have used a trickle charger if you've used a good bike charger.

P.S.

The article was meant to be serialized, in order to preserve the pulse of those attempting to read everything in one go. I really didn't expect my publisher to copy the lot.

It's the clubs fault. Someone should have reined me in.
