It has just been anounced that the joint health care agreement betwwen the UK and the Isle of Man  has been extended for 6 months from 1st April until September so people going to the TT this year don't need to take out extra travel insurance to cover the themselves.  Good news!

You will however need to take a bank loan out to pay the steam packet for you ferry over and expect to pay £1.30 for a litre of unleaded they love to rip you off during the tt.

It's know locally as the Steam Racket company and the locals have to pay that amount all year for fuel and are non too happy about it!
