I've noticed that quite a few people are having problems adding images to their posts (custom smileys and general pictures).
There is a known bug with this version of our forum software that prevents images from displaying properly.
If you don't enter the image dimensions while adding the image, then your post ends up with the message:
The workaround is quite easy. Just click your mouse in the image dimensions field, and the forum software automatically measures the image for you.
To add an image from scrtch:
1. Upload your image to a third party hosting server - I use photobucket (www.photobucket.com) but there are others.
If you don't have an account, you can usually create one for free and start uploading right away.
Once you've uploaded your photo, the website you're using will give you a direct web link to the photograph.
For example, the direct web link (URL) of the picture below is:
http://i67.photobucket.com/albums/h316/goodproducts101/Rideouts/Image.jpg

2. Select the 'Add Image' button for your desired post (see above picture).
3. Enter the direct web link to your picture in the 'Image URL' box (see above: Step 1)
4. Click your mouse in the Dimensions box - this is the workaround (see above: Step 2)
5. Select the Insert button (see above: Step3).
Please remember, no images larger than 800 x 600; it makes reading a post difficult for those with low screen resolutions.
