I know it was announced at the meeting last night but with so much going on I thought I would give you some more infomation about the Nurburgring trip

So far we have 7 going split into 2 groups. 4 of us are going a few days earlier but we have a group of 3 with space on the ferry and in the hotel for 1 more. If you want to add 3 names that's ok as the cabins are either 2 or 4 berth.The hotel isn't a problem.

You could go as two and book a double berth.

This trip isn't about ragging round a track all day in fact most of the members may only go round it once. Most of the time is spent touring,eating and drinking but if you fancy more track time it's open in the evenings all week and we can take you round as fast ( or slow) as you like.

We are all in a large chalet annexed to the hotel and stay on a half boards basis.

The cost is appx £175 for the ferry,£250 for the hotel plus drinks and fuel. You should budget on spending £600

The ferry goes from Hull to Zeebrugge and the ticket includes evening meals outbound and return

You will arrive at the hotel mid afternoon on the Saturday,leaving here about 1pm on the Friday 17th July and getting back in the UK on Sunday lunchtime 26th July

Gus is in the second group and got lost last year so a map may be helpful!
